ABOUT ME

My name is Isabel Scates, and I am a Junior Interior Design student at the University of Oklahoma. Growing up with my parents, an Interior Designer and a General Contractor, I was able to see the world of architecture from a unique perspective at an early age, and I fell in love with it. Exploring Interior Design throughout high school, I created and managed an Interior Design Club, helped my parents remodel our house, and took every opportunity I could to learn more about Interior Design.

 

Taking this passion further, I chose to attend the University of Oklahoma to pursue my bachelor's degree in interior design and minor in Architecture. My goal is to create interiors that are not only unique but inviting and leave a lasting impression.

Overall, I am hardworking, creative, and open to learning. When I am not in the classroom studying, you can find me socializing with my friends, playing sand volleyball, and cheering on OU. Boomer!
